Mitigation University was created to showcase the investigation techniques of one mitigation specialist, in the hope to assist and support other practitioners, and to encourage mitigation investigation to be used in all criminal cases.
As mitigation can be used in a variety of settings, this course is suitable for any professional preparing for punishment trials, plea bargains or death-waivers in capital murder cases.
